How We Work
We appreciate that every project is unique and we aim to tailor our services to suit the specific needs of the client. We typically separate projects into the following stages based on the RIBA plan of work:
1. Concept Design
Following an initial meeting we will develop and respond to your brief through presenting creative propositions in the form of drawings, visualisations and ideas. Where required Emily can provide interior design proposals during this stage.
2. Developed Design
Once the trajectory of the design has been established we will develop it into a working proposal that can be submitted for planning.
3. Technical Design
Once planning permission has been attained we will work out all the pragmatics of the design delving into the details of the scheme in preparation for issuing for tender and proceeding onto site. Where required we can put together an Interior Design specification.
Once on site we will oversee all the work and act as the contract administrator. If required we can dress the interiors of the property so that it is ready to move into, or handover for rental.
